While New York City got pummeled with a Nor’easter for the record books yesterday, here in Sullivan County we got practically nothing. The southern part of the county got a bit, but where I live, near Callicoon, there wasn’t even a flurry. Frankly, we’d like a little of that snow. So far this has been a pretty snowless winter, and without snow, the landscape is kind of gray and dreary. A foot or two on the ground would be welcome. I know, I should be careful what I wish for. We still have February and March to go.
