Of the 40+ new listings that came to market in the past week or so, five really caught my eye. In fact, these five rank in the top of new listings I’ve seen this year. At the top end of the list is a 4 bedroom house at Chapin Estate on the Swinging Bridge side with really nice lake frontage at $1.375M. There hasn’t been a Chapin lakefront on Swinging Bridge in this range all year. At the other end is an adorable updated Craftsman style cottage on quiet road near Narrowsburg for $189,500. Nice country charmers on a few acres have been few and far between in this range, and I expect this one will move quickly. The fab deal in this group is MLS 41835 on County Road 114 in Cochecton. This is a large, stylish contemporary set well back off the road with a separate guest house. I showed it this past weekend and loved it. Rounding out the group is MLS 41850, a stylishly renovated lakefront on Swinging Bridge at $329K and MLS 41828, a charmer with a guest cottage on the Ten Mile River.
