I know it's been more than a month since I posted on my blog. I didn't die … I was away on vacation for a few weeks in Asia. Usually April is the 'safest' month for a Realtor here in Sullivan County to go away; it tends to be a slow selling month due to holidays, and most end of winter closings have happened. Well, not this year. So I've been scrambling to keep up since I got back (3 closings in one week!), and blog updates haven't been a top priority.
I did get my April Current Market Conditions Report for Sullivan County Real Estate finished and posted. I realize I just squeaked in under the wire, as it's April 30th. The data is pretty jaw dropping this month, with the volume of sales for the 3 month period ending March 31st up 52% from the same period a year before. Prices showed a hefty uptick as well. This month's report is definitely worth a read.
